The heating cables prevent ice buildup on doors, ensuring easy opening and closing, and help maintain efficient cooling or freezing processes. Thanks to the self-regulating technology of the TRACECO-R heating cable, its power automatically adjusts with changes in the surrounding temperature. Due to its parallel construction, it can be cut to the desired length without requiring pre-defined sections. This not only simplifies installation but also offers a time- and cost-effective solution. It is equipped with a grounding braid, providing extra protection for electrical safety.

Usage:

Length Selection and Cutting

Fixing to the Surface:

• For pipelines: The cable is fixed parallel or spirally to the pipe with special fixing tapes or cable ties.
• For surfaces and floors: The cable should be fixed to the surface with appropriate fixing elements or rail systems.

Electrical Connection: The cable is connected to the network through a junction box. Thanks to the self-regulating technology, no separate thermostat is required, but a temperature control device can be used for energy-saving or regulation purposes.
