Self-Adhesive Kapton Heater – 25 × 50 mm | 7,5 W, 12 V

Detailed description

The self-adhesive Kapton heater is a thin and lightweight surface-heating solution based on polyimide film. It has been developed for industrial and technical applications where rapid thermal response, uniform heat distribution and compact installation are essential requirements.

Kapton, also known as polyimide film, provides excellent electrical insulation properties and high thermal stability. Due to its low thermal mass, the heater transfers heat quickly and efficiently to the surface being heated while providing precise and uniform surface heating.

The main advantage of the self-adhesive design is that the heater can be attached to the surface more easily, enabling faster and cleaner installation. This is particularly beneficial in installation environments where space is limited, accurate positioning is required or rapid implementation is also important from a commercial perspective.

The product operates at 12 V and is available in rectangular and circular designs. The self-adhesive version has a thickness of 0.3 mm and an operating temperature range of −40 °C to 200 °C.

It can be used in industrial equipment, laboratory devices, telecommunications systems, battery-heating applications, vacuum technology applications and anti-condensation solutions, among other areas.
