The adhesive-free round Kapton heater is a lightweight, low-profile surface-heating solution developed for technical and industrial applications requiring precise heat transfer.

Kapton, also known as polyimide film, provides excellent electrical insulation properties and high thermal stability. As a result, the heater can be used reliably in confined installation spaces and thermally sensitive systems.

The main advantage of the round design is that it can be fitted effectively to cylindrical, rotationally symmetrical or locally heated surfaces. The adhesive-free version is recommended for installations where the heater is secured without a self-adhesive layer, using methods such as mechanical pressure mounting, clamping, retaining elements or a custom installation solution.
