Heating cables prevent door icing, ensuring easy opening and closing while helping to maintain efficient cooling or freezing processes. Thanks to its self-regulating technology, the TRACECO-R heating cable automatically adjusts its power output based on ambient temperature changes. Its parallel construction allows it to be cut to the desired length without requiring predefined sections. This simplifies installation and provides a time- and cost-effective solution.

Usage Instructions:

1. Selecting and Cutting the Cable

2. Mounting on the Surface:

• For Pipelines: The cable is secured in parallel or spiral form along the pipe using special mounting tapes or cable ties.
• For Surfaces and Floors: The cable should be attached to the surface using appropriate fasteners or rail systems.

3. Electrical Connection: The cable is connected to the power supply through a junction box. Thanks to its self-regulating technology, no separate thermostat is required, but a temperature control device can be used for energy efficiency and regulation.

4. Insulation and Protection: To enhance efficiency, the heated surface (e.g., pipelines) should be covered with thermal insulation.
