The silicone drum heater is specifically designed to evenly and rapidly heat the contents of metal drums or containers. The high-quality, flexible silicone rubber cover allows the heater to conform perfectly to the drum wall, ensuring optimal heat distribution across the entire surface. The silicone rubber material is resistant to moisture, chemicals, and mechanical impacts, making it suitable for use in harsh industrial settings.

With its low thermal mass, the heater heats up and cools down quickly. The maximum operating temperature can reach up to 200°C. For accurate and safe temperature control, the heater is available with either a capillary thermostat or a digital thermostat. The capillary version uses a fluid-filled sensor for regulation, while the digital version is equipped with a PT100 sensor and a display for precise temperature setting and monitoring.

Installation and removal are quick and easy thanks to the spring and hook closure system.
