Detailed Description

If you are looking for a simple and effective solution for heating plastic containers and their contents, this type of drum heater is an excellent choice. It is a specially designed insulated heater that provides gentle, uniform heat when wrapped around any type of plastic or steel drum.

The drum heater is made from durable, fire-resistant material that withstands high temperatures and effectively reduces heat loss. Adjustable buckles and straps make it easy to secure and fit to different drum sizes. It can be used for melting, viscosity reduction, freeze protection, temperature maintenance and other applications.

For accurate and safe temperature control, the drum heater is available with a capillary or digital thermostat. The capillary thermostat uses a liquid-filled sensor to switch the heating on or off. The digital thermostat uses a PT100 sensor that sends the temperature value to the display, allowing precise setting and monitoring.

This drum heater is widely used in the food, chemical, pharmaceutical, cosmetics, and oil and gas industries.
