This is a silicone heating mat designed to be placed beneath the inner liner of the container before filling. The mat is made of flexible and durable silicone rubber that provides uniform and gentle heat transfer. Silicone rubber is resistant to moisture, chemicals, and abrasion, making it reliable even in demanding industrial environments.

The heater is equipped with a digital temperature controller that connects directly to the heating mat and allows precise, flexible adjustment of the desired temperature. The digital control enables the material inside the container to be heated directly and accurately, without warming the outer shell of the IBC or the surrounding area.

 

Applications
Primarily used in the food industry for heating products such as glucose or confectionery. Silicone base heaters offer excellent temperature regulation and uniform heating, helping to prevent overheating or scorching typically associated with industrial heating systems.
