1. Safety Instructions

The device can only be installed and operated by qualified personnel.
Check that the device has the appropriate ATEX classification for the installation site (2GD IIB T3).
Do not modify the device structure or remove the explosion-proof enclosures.
The device must be de-energized before it is taken out of operation.

2. Technical Requirements

Power Supply: Verify the voltage values (3N~400 V, 50/60 Hz).
Protection Degree: IP66 – Full dust and strong water jet protection.
Operating Temperature Range: From -20°C to +60°C.
Maximum Enclosure Temperature: Max. 200°C for T3 classification.
Airflow Rate (Flow Rate): According to the values listed on the device's nameplate.

3. Installation

The device must be installed on a stable, vibration-free surface.
Ensure proper airflow through the intake and outlet openings.
Use explosion-proof cables and connectors during installation.
Do not place the air heater near flammable materials.

4. Operation

Turn the device on via the control panel or the external explosion-proof switch.
Use the thermostat to set the desired temperature (in the 0-100°C range).
