Detailed Description

This container heater is the perfect solution for quickly and efficiently heating liquids and materials, allowing easy emptying of the container with minimal or no product loss.
The IBC heater can be equipped with 1, 2, or 3 thermostats. The 2- and 3-thermostat models are adjustable from 0-90°C, while the 1-thermostat model is adjustable from 0-40°C. This enables fast and safe heating of liquids, while maintaining the desired viscosity of the container’s contents.

The heating blanket is durable, long-lasting, made from high-quality lightweight materials, and can be easily secured to any standard 1000-liter IBC container with adjustable quick-release buckles.
This heater is ideal for applications where the contents of a 1000L container require a specific temperature or viscosity.

TIP!
For faster and more efficient heating, we recommend using the IBC insulated lid (sold separately). The lid easily attaches to the top of the container and reduces heat loss.
