Assembly and Maintenance Instructions

Check the network voltage to ensure it is suitable for operation.
The connection cable supplied with the heater is equipped with a BJC-3023 type plug. Therefore, a compatible socket must be installed for this model.
Do not use the heater in areas classified as fire or explosion hazards. Do not use the heater with hazardous substances such as solvents, adhesives, etc.
Avoid any physical contact with the cable (e.g., impacts, pulling, pinching), as this may damage the cable and, consequently, the device itself.
Install the unit with sufficient free space around it to allow easy removal of the heater for maintenance or replacement purposes.

Commissioning of Electric Heating Devices

Magnesium oxide, used as insulation in shielded heating elements, is hygroscopic. Although the units are sealed with silicone, prolonged storage or inactivity may lead to a temporary reduction in insulation resistance, which will recover once the device is reconnected.In case of extended inactivity, it is recommended to operate the unit at a low power setting for a few hours to remove moisture before switching to full capacity.

Maintenance

No special maintenance is required, except for the regular inspection of:

Proper functioning of control and safety elements,
Correct tightening of electrical connections,
The condition of sealing gaskets.

If the unit is used with liquids that tend to form solid deposits (e.g., oils or fluids containing suspended solids), the heating element must be cleaned as often as necessary using non-corrosive mechanical or chemical methods suitable for the materials of the unit.
