The self-regulating technology allows the cable's power to automatically adjust with changes in the surrounding temperature: it increases in cold conditions and decreases in warmer temperatures, ensuring efficient and safe operation. The parallel construction allows the cable to be cut to size on-site, making it customizable for the specific application. It is widely used in various industrial and residential heating solutions:

Installation Instructions

The heating cable must be placed on the lower part of the pipeline. It is important not to use the cable on pipes that can reach temperatures of up to 65°C. This cable is only suitable for frost protection of metal or plastic pipes. For plastic pipes, it is recommended to first apply an aluminum adhesive tape to the pipe to ensure better heat conduction.

How to select the appropriate cable?

• The selected cable heating length must match the length of the pipe.
• The pipe surface should be clean and dry before securing the cable.
• The cable should be secured with PVC or aluminum adhesive tape. The ELAA-50  type aluminum tape is particularly recommended as it helps distribute heat evenly on plastic pipes.

Thermostat Installation

The thermostat (with black casing) should be attached directly to the pipe.

Insulation and Safety

• The system should be covered with an insulation layer to reduce heat loss and save energy.
• Recommended insulation thickness: minimum 13-19 mm.
• Ensure that the grounding is properly connected, as this guarantees safe operation.
   

The connector cable contains three wires: phase, neutral, and ground. Make sure that the system is correctly connected to the ground to avoid electrical issues.
