The ATEX Drum Heater offers a reliable solution for heating various materials — such as liquids, pastes, and solids — stored in steel or plastic drums in potentially explosive atmospheres. Manufactured in compliance with the ATEX directive, it is safe to use in Zones 1/2 (gas) and 21/22 (dust).

The heating jackets are designed for standard drum sizes (30 L, 60 L, 120 L, 200–220 L), but custom sizes are available upon request. With a flexible, robust, and dissipative design, the jackets are suitable for both indoor and outdoor use. The high IP65/I protection rating ensures resistance to dust and water.

Operation requires a separately purchased ATEX-certified controller and temperature limiter, which can be integrated into an existing control system if needed. These devices provide accurate temperature regulation and meet ATEX safety requirements. The heating system is delivered pre-configured and ready for use, with no further certification required.
