Developed by Ceramicx, these quartz heating tubes carry forward the legacy of earlier vacuum forming technologies, now enhanced with modern design and engineering. The STQH100, STQH112, STQH140, and STQH150 heating elements are highly efficient in industrial manufacturing processes that demand precise and rapid heat transfer—such as plastic forming, drying, and preheating.

These quartz heaters emit infrared radiation in the 1.5 – 8 micron wavelength range, which is ideal for effective thermal transfer. The built-in iron-chrome-aluminum (FeCrAl) resistance wire ensures long service life and reliable operation, while the ceramic-beaded power leads offer secure and safe electrical connections.

The standard operating voltage is 230 V, but other voltage options are available upon request to suit specific system requirements.
