Detailed Description

Features

Standard ceramic infrared elements are widely used in industrial and engineering applications, such as:

• Thermoforming
• Packaging
• Paint drying
• Printing industry applications
• Drying, bonding
• Sterilization, roasting

Additionally, they are highly effective in infrared outdoor heaters and saunas. Most plastics and many other materials absorb infrared radiation best in the 2-10 μm wavelength range, making ceramic heating elements one of the most popular radiant heating devices on the market.

The hollow design of the ceramic elements ensures more even heat distribution and is particularly suitable for heating units placed closer to the target object.

Recommended radiation distance from the heater: 100 - 200 mm
