In case you observe the above conditions, the operative lifespan of the quartz heater shall go up to 5000 hours:

- the perpendicular voltage is not exceeded

- the heaters are horizontal and perpendicular to movements

- no such outer force has an effect on the heaters that can crack the quartz pipes

- too large mechanical power is not recommended for any of the heating units and moistening shall be applied whenever one wishes to move any of the large-sized machines

- the heater coils must not be exposed to any chemically corrosive materials or gases

- the temperature of the aluminized steel body cannot exceed 500°C (932°F)

The expected lifespan of the quartz heater can reach up to 5000 hours if the following conditions are met:

The nominal voltage is not exceeded.
The heaters are positioned horizontally and perpendicular to the direction of movement.
No external forces impact the heater that could damage the quartz tubes.
The heating units must not be subjected to excessive mechanical stress. If the machine undergoes significant movement, appropriate vibration dampening must be applied.
The heating coils must not be exposed to chemically corrosive substances or gases.

The aluminized steel housing temperature must not exceed 500°C (932°F).
