Detailed Description

Features

Standard ceramic infrared elements are widely used in industrial and engineering applications, such as:

• Thermoforming
• Packaging
• Paint drying
• Printing industry applications
• Drying, gluing
• Sterilization, roasting

Additionally, they are highly effective in outdoor infrared heaters and saunas. Most plastics and many other materials absorb infrared radiation best in the 2-10 μm wavelength range, making ceramic heating elements one of the most popular radiant heating devices on the market.

Hollow-design ceramic elements provide more uniform heat distribution and are better suited for heating units placed closer to the target object.

Recommended radiation distance from the heater: 100 - 200 mm
