The standard quartz heating elements range consists of modular design elements made of aluminized steel as standard, with an optional stainless steel version. These emitters operate in the medium to long infrared wavelength range.

The expected lifespan of the quartz heater can reach up to 5000 hours if the following conditions are met:

The nominal voltage is not exceeded.
The heaters are positioned horizontally and perpendicular to the direction of movement.
No external forces impact the heater that could damage the quartz tubes.
The heating units must not be subjected to excessive mechanical stress. If the machine undergoes significant movement, appropriate vibration dampening must be applied.
The heating coils must not be exposed to chemically corrosive substances or gases.
The aluminized steel housing temperature must not exceed 500°C (932°F).
