Operation:

Installation Guide

Selecting the Appropriate Cable Length:

• The length of the heating cable should match or exceed the length of the pipe, depending on whether you use a straight or spiral layout.
• For plastic pipes, it is recommended to apply aluminum adhesive tape first to improve heat distribution.

Attaching the Cable to the Pipe:

1. Clean the pipe surface to ensure better adhesion.
2. Place the cable along the bottom of the pipe or in a spiral pattern.
3. Secure the cable using PVC or aluminum adhesive tape.
4. Avoid overlapping the cable, as this may cause overheating.

Thermostat Operation:

• The heating cable automatically activates when the temperature drops below 5°C and switches off when the pipe temperature rises above 15°C, ensuring optimal energy consumption.

Applying Insulation:

• To ensure efficient operation, the pipe and the heating cable should be covered with insulation at least 13-19 mm thick.
• The insulation should not be too tight, as it may hinder heat dissipation.

Commissioning and Operation:

1. Plug the cable into a 230V power outlet.
2. The system will automatically activate if the pipe temperature falls below 5°C.
3. The cable provides continuous heating, keeping the pipes warm and preventing freezing.

Maintenance and Inspection:

• Regularly inspect the cable for any damage, cracks, or wear.
• Check the connectors and grounding for proper condition.
• If the cable is damaged, do not use it, and replace it immediately.

Do not use aggressive cleaning agents, as they may damage the insulation.
